Our Mission
Mililani Town Medical Cannabis Card is committed to helping local residents better understand the medical and administrative requirements involved in Hawaiʻi’s 329 program. Our goal is to provide a clearer path through certification and registration while encouraging patients to work with appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.
Patients considering medical cannabis should have access to balanced information about possible benefits, limitations, and risks. Research has examined cannabis and cannabinoids for different medical concerns, but treatment decisions should reflect each patient’s individual condition and professional medical guidance.
Who We Are
Mililani Town Medical Cannabis Card focuses on helping qualifying patients navigate a program that may initially seem unfamiliar. Concepts such as medical certification, primary caregivers, grow-site registration, bona fide provider-patient relationships, and 329 cards can create questions for people entering Hawaiʻi’s system for the first time.
Our role is to make those requirements easier to understand while preserving the distinction between medical certification and state approval. An eligible physician or APRN determines whether certification is appropriate, while Hawaiʻi DOH administers the registry and issues patient registration.
Our Commitment
Understandable Patient Guidance: We aim to explain Hawaiʻi’s 329 requirements clearly so Mililani Town patients can better understand each step.
Confidentiality and Privacy: Personal identifying information and medical details should receive careful treatment throughout certification and registration.
Information Grounded in Hawaiʻi’s Program: Our guidance follows the terminology and patient responsibilities established under Hawaiʻi’s Medical Cannabis Registry Program.
Support Beyond Initial Registration: Patients may need assistance understanding renewal, caregiver information, registration changes, or other responsibilities after receiving a 329 card.
Joining Hands with the Community
Mililani Town Medical Cannabis Card encourages responsible participation rather than viewing the 329 card as unrestricted cannabis authorization. Registered patients remain subject to Hawaiʻi requirements concerning possession, cultivation, transportation, and use.
Patient registration also does not permit driving while impaired by medical cannabis. Hawaiʻi DOH specifically reminds registered patients that operating a motor vehicle under the influence is prohibited.
Our Vision
Our vision is for Mililani Town residents who qualify for medical cannabis to have a clearer understanding of the Hawaiʻi 329 system and their responsibilities as registered patients.
We hope patients can work confidently with appropriate healthcare professionals, navigate the state process successfully, and make informed decisions about whether medical cannabis is suitable for their individual health needs.
Thank you for choosing Mililani Town Medical Cannabis Card. We are committed to helping patients approach Hawaiʻi’s program responsibly and with reliable information.
